These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PEP YEAH mobile application and the website at pepyeah.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Thamer Hannona under the Shake and Bake Labs brand (“Operator,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
PEP YEAH is a personal tracking tool that helps you log and review information you enter about protocols, vials, dosing history, reminders, injection-site rotation, nutrition (including meal/label photos), progress photos, weight, sleep, hydration, side effects, and notes.
The Service does not prescribe, source compounds, diagnose conditions, or recommend dose changes. The Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You control what you enter or upload. You are responsible for your content, including photos and notes. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the Service.
If enabled, Pep Coach may process your records and messages to generate summaries of your own logged information. Outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and are informational only. Do not rely on AI output for dosing, sourcing, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
Some features may require a paid subscription (“Pro”). If you subscribe on iOS, purchases are processed through Apple In‑App Purchase.
The Service may offer exports such as PDF reports or other formats, depending on feature availability. Account deletion (where offered) deletes your account data within a reasonable period, subject to limited retention for security, legal, accounting, and dispute purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users’ data, reverse engineering or disrupting the Service, or using the Service to break the law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
